We ship using FedEx ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. 

We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.


We are only happy when you're happy.  

1. Within 7 days of your order delivery, please contact us at Include an order number and reason for exchange or return. We will issue an RA number and further instructions.

2. Ship your return to the following address:

All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return.

Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date.

3. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund approximately within 14 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
